About me

I’m currently working as a Senior Programmer Analyst at the National Research Council Canada. I’ve been with the NRC since 2002. I’ve worked in the areas of Bioinformatics, Serious Gaming, Health Informatics, Syndromic Surveillance and Cybersecurity at the NRC. Before joining the NRC, I worked at Sobeys on data warehousing projects and web-based applications.

I am also currently a part-time Master of Science in Engineering (MScE) student specializing in Big Data and Data Science at the University of New Brunswick, Fredericton. I love anything that has to do with data wrangling, machine learning, writing graphical user interfaces and automation.

When not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, snowboarding, cycling, the gym and woodworking. Opinions expressed on this site are mine not that of my employer.
